This course is designed for people that are brand new to boxing. It is for people who would like to take the time to really learn all of their boxing technique, get comfortable with all of the movements before progressing to our classes.
The sessions are both boxing and fitness-focused.

— Session 1 + 2:Boxing stance, footwork and basic technique
— Session 3 + 4: Learning how to throw hooks, uppercuts and counter punching
— Session 5: Boxing conditioning and defence
— Session 6: Advanced boxing combos
