No — fighting is completely optional! Many people join just for the incredible 10-week training journey, fitness benefits, and confidence building. You can participate fully without ever stepping into the ring for a match.
We'll guide you on what's needed when you register. Gum shields and headguards are mandatory for safety and must be purchased. We'll provide a complete equipment list and recommendations for where to get everything.
Absolutely! Our camps are safe, inclusive, and welcoming to everyone regardless of gender, age (18+), or fitness level. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive community where everyone can thrive.
Our dedicated nutritionist provides personalized meal plans, supplement guidance, and weekly check-ins to optimize your performance and recovery. This is included in your camp fee at no extra cost.
Training intensity builds gradually over the 10 weeks. We start with basics and progressively increase intensity based on your comfort level and progress. Everything is scalable to your fitness level.
Many participants continue training with us! You'll have access to our regular classes and can join future fight camps. We also offer ongoing coaching and sparring opportunities for those who want to continue their boxing journey.
