Our LIFT classes are a brilliant addition to our studios and they are strength and conditiong classes. These classes are designed to help our members get stronger, fitter and more toned. LIFT really compliments your boxing training and we recommend that all members try and do at least one of these classes per week.
This is our in-house strength and conditioning classes and it compliments your boxing very well. Get stronger, leaner and fitter. We use weights, kettlebells and cardio machines. It is very popular and caters to all levels.
