What is HBA Kickboxing?

This class incorporates your hands, knees, elbows and leg for a full body combat style at home workout.

This class is fast tempo, with a major emphasis on movement, boxing and kicks. It will see your heart rate soar and truly test your endurance levels.

We guarantee this class will allow you to improve your stamina, co-ordination and flexibility.

Kickboxing at HBA will have your heart pumping as loud as our music, as our coaches take you through combinations that can be modified for low or high impact depending on your level.
