This is an intro-class designed for beginners to learn how to box and experience the HBA.

This class is designed to give you a taste for what boxing is like before you join our beginner course or transition to the real classes. In this class we will take the time to introduce you to the coaching team, teach you all of your boxing technique and put you through a workout as well. We recommend that everyone completes an intro class first!
