This shorter (but intense!) ONLINE class is split into two separate parts. The SPRINT part of the class focuses on fast paced and dynamic cardio movements to push your heart rate into the fat burning zone.
In the BURN side we slow the tempo down and really focus on targeting and toning specific body parts.
A high-level of cardio ability is always needed to make you a better athlete, and this class allows you to benefit from a full body and low impact training, allowing you to burn calories whilst strengthening muscles.
