What the Course Covers

This beginner-boxing course is perfect for anyone looking to learn the skill of boxing and get fit at the same time. Throughout these 8 weeks, we aim to take you from a complete beginner to a confident and capable boxer. Over the duration of this course, our experienced coaches will also work with you to help you achieve your individual fitness goals.
